1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Blue Ridge Nova LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Blue Ridge Nova LLC provides test automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to web testing, mobile testing, API testing, and CI/CD integration. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Grant appropriate access to systems and environments as needed
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Pay for services as agreed upon in your service agreement
  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all test automation frameworks, scripts, and documentation created specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. General methodologies, tools, and know-how developed by Blue Ridge Nova LLC remain our intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

We understand that our services may involve access to sensitive information. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client data, code, and business information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Ridge Nova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions, we cannot guarantee that automated tests will catch all defects or that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due, and we will provide all completed work and documentation to the client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

12. Changes to Terms
